Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases

Here at Catchmaster, we want you to love your purchase! We accept returns of unopened items within 90 days of purchase. There is no time limit on returns when the product is: 

  • Not the product ordered
  • Defective 
  • Tampered   
  • Missing pieces

For these types of returns, refunds will be given within 24 hours of the refund request or on the next business day in the event of a holiday or weekend.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return of an unopened or damaged product, please contact us by sending an email to info@catchmaster.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Conditions for Product Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item, delivering a damaged item).
