Common Pests and Insects Found in the Attic

While cockroaches are more commonly associated with kitchens and bathrooms, certain species, like American cockroaches and brown-banded cockroaches, have been found in attic spaces. These resilient pests are attracted to water sources from roof leaks, condensation, or HVAC systems, along with the warmth and seclusion these spaces provide.
